Better Manage Outstanding Client Accounts With The Launch Of My Invoices

We get it! You're managing hundreds of clients, shipping out dozens of orders a day (on time, every time!), but what about those bills that are still awaiting payment?

We know. It can be hard to keep track of all of your clients and their outstanding invoices. That's why we created the My Invoices tab under My Billing on your Vendor portal.

For Vendors:

The My Invoices tab provides a quick snapshot of all orders and bills that are still awaiting payment from your clients.

This tab includes only those orders that have been fulfilled, but have not yet been 'Paid (Fully)'. The orders are organized by Client and the Open Balence amount -- or the amount due from your client -- is highlighted for each Client.

Looking for a specific client or time-period? No problem, we have provided a filter option that will help you to quickly zoom into the orders you need.Want to send the list to your client or account management team? No problem, you can easily export or print a list of outstanding orders by client, or in aggregate.Want to quickly calculate your client-account accounts receivable? Click into My Invoices, click on "Export All Invoices" and, voilà, you have an excel sheet with all of your accounts receivable in one place.
