Every month we like to highlight a great partner of ours, available on the Improvonia platform. For the month of November, we’d like to highlight the folks at Dolci Gelati. Dolci Gelati was opened in 2006 by pastry chef Gianluigi Dellaccio ten years after he decided to leave the world of professional water polo in his native Italy. Gianluigi spent many years sharpening his pastry and gelato making skills which have taken him to the heights of the pastry making scene, serving notables like Bono, The Pope, President Bill Clinton and others.
Sourcing his premium ingredients from local dairy farms and imports from Ecuador, he works hard from his “Laboratorio del Gelato” to bring you an extensive assortment of high quality gelato. Flavors include Banana Stracietella, Thai Coconut Lemongrass, and Passion fruit Orange Blossom Honey just to name a few!
